Well it's been some time since I have moved to Vejle (precisely 9 months and 12 days) and since I have from the beginning been in love with this cozy town I decided to present you with 10 reasons that might make you jealous of my life in Vejle (or maybe lure you in for a visit?).
1. Poloha/Location
Vejle se nachází pouze 100 km od německých hranic a protože je to velké město, najdete sem jedny z nejpřímějších spojení z celé Evropy. Do Kodaně se dostanete vlakem za 2 hodiny (pokud jste bohatí, jinak to máte 3 hodiny autobusem) a z letiště Billund (40 km od Vejle) se dostanete do většiny Evropy. Pro mě Vejle takové srdce Dánska, protože odsud není nikam daleko.
The city of Vejle is located in a distance of only 100km north of the German borders. Since it's quite a big and significant Danish city it is easy to find several direct travelling connections from many parts of Europe. Further on, it takes around 2,5 hours to get to Copenhagen by train (or 3,5 hours by bus if you're a poor student) andthe Billund Airport located 40km from Vejle offers flights to most of the attractive European destinations. For me, Vejle is sort of a heart of Denmark because nowhere is too far.
